COP26 Outcomes and What’s Next for the G20 Summit
Following the conclusion of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26) in November 2021, FPCI and the UK Embassy in Jakarta is conducting a nationwide online video competition to further promote the outcome of the COP26 and the Glasgow Climate Pact for all Indonesian citizens. This program aims to enhance awareness of climate commitments that countries, including Indonesia, made during COP26 in order to ensure that our leaders act upon those commitments.
The name of the online video competition is “#DearG20Leaders Video Competition”, with its theme being “COP26 Outcomes and What’s Next for the G20 Summit”. This theme was chosen to promote the outcome of COP26 and Glasgow Climate Pact and at the same time, mobilize youth voices to drive ambition for Indonesia to showcase its climate leadership as President of the G20 this year.

Participant Guidelines
Each video submission should span within 1 to 4 minutes and should consist of an individual’s observation, analysis, and recommendations on Indonesia’s climate commitments made at COP26.
The video competition is open to Indonesian citizens of all ages from any background, currently living in Indonesia. The competition will use Instagram as its only platform of submission and participants must register their video on the registration form at bit.ly/DearG20Leaders.
You may submit your video by posting on your own Instagram account using the competition hashtag #DearG20Leaders and tag @fpcindo and @ukinindonesia. Make sure your Instagram account is set to Public. To confirm your participation in the competition, register your video at the competition’s official registration form at bit.ly/DearG20Leaders.
The winners will be chosen by FPCI and the Embassy of the UK in Jakarta. All Top 10 Finalists will receive a signed certificate and various cash prizes. The 1st Prize Winner will win a prize of IDR 15,000,000!
Submission Criteria
The videos submitted should adhere to the following criteria:

Be submitted by an Indonesian citizen of all ages living in Indonesia;

Be submitted by posting the video on your Instagram account using the hashtag #DearG20Leaders;

Participants must tag @fpcindo and @ukinindonesia in their video submission;

Participants must ensure that their account is set to ‘Public’ so that the video can be accessed;

Participants must register their video at bit.ly/DearG20Leaders;

Be 1:00 to 4:00 minutes in duration;

Be in English or in Bahasa Indonesia with translation subtitles;

An individual is free to submit more than one video;

Group submissions are not eligible;

The video resolution should not be less than 480P.
Topics to be Raised
The video must highlight the what’s next aspect of Indonesia’s climate agenda, including increasing 2030 emissions reductions target and phasing-out coal, among others. The video must also touch on the three priority issues of COP26 largely: (1) Adaptation (2) Mitigation and (3) Climate Financing.
Submissions must also be ended with a call to action directed to Indonesia and G20 leaders to act on climate agenda issues addressed in their speech.
Fan Favorite
The Fan Favorite winner will be chosen from among the Top 21 finalists and will be determined by the total number of likes on his/her submission video on the @fpcindo Instagram page. The Fan Favorite contest will take place from 21 to 24 March 2022. The post with the most likes by the end of 24 March 2022 at 23:59 WIB will be chosen as the Fan Favorite winner. Stay tuned on @fpcindo Instagram page to vote for your video! (*Buying likes for the fan favorite contest will be tracked, and will not be tolerated.)
Prizes
